Booking and Payment
• A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email from us.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Flexible Cancellation Policy
To provide you with flexibility in your travel plans, we offer the following cancellation policy:
• Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 5 to 7 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the check-in date will not receive a refund.
• Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made less than 5 days before check-in, no refund will be provided for cancellations.
• Any cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by us.
Changes by You
If you need to change your booking dates, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability, subject to price adjustments.
Cancellation or Changes by Us
In the unlikely event that we must make changes to your booking or cancel your booking, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of accepting the change, receiving a full refund, or booking another property (subject to price differences).
Your Responsibilities
• You agree to comply with the rental agreement and house rules provided at the time of booking.
• You are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as it was upon check-in.
• Any damages caused during your stay must be reported to us immediately and may be subject to additional charges.
Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your stay at the rental property, except to the extent such limitation of liability is not permitted under California law.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued booking and stay at the property will constitute your acceptance of any such amendments.
